Application & Techniques

• Preparation: Stir or shake well before use to ensure consistent results.
• Surface: Apply to leather-hard clay, bone-dry greenware, or Cone 04 bisque. Each surface offers unique effects, so experiment to discover your preferred look.
• Coats: For full coverage, apply 2-3 even coats, allowing each layer to dry before adding the next. For detailed line work, a single coat may suffice.
• Mixing: Colors can be blended to create custom shades or used straight from the container for bold, pre-mixed hues.
• Clear Glaze Finishes: Enhance color vibrancy and ensure surface durability by using Laguna’s Clear Glaze EM-2020 (Cone 06) for low-fire pieces, MS-100 Infinite Clear (Cone 5-6) for mid-fire work, or LG-27 Lucid Clear (Cone 10) for high-fire applications. Re-fire to the corresponding cone for a smooth, professional finish.

Firing & Performance
