Interested in using a 3D clay printer? If you’ve got hands-on experience with both clay and 3D printing, we’ve got great news! Our LA Arts District location now offers access to a PotterBot 10XL 3D clay printer for those who are already familiar with the process. It’s a perfect fit for experienced users looking for a place to bring their clay printing projects to life. Please note this is self-guided, users are responsible for loading the clay tube, cleaning the printer, trouble-shooting, ect. Staff assistance will not be available.

  1. For participants with prior 3D modeling and printing, and clay experience who are looking for an available 3D printer to use. 
Workshop Overview:
  • Access-Only Session (No Instruction) – $150 
    For experienced users who do not require instruction but need access to a 3D clay printer. Participants must have previously used the specific printer and be able to work independently. No instructional time or technical assistance will be provided during these sessions. User must prepare clay tubes and clean space and printer after use.

    • Thursdays: 9:30am - 12:30pm, 1-3pm, 3:30-6:30PM
    • Fridays: 9:30am - 12:30pm, 1-3pm, 3:30-6:30PM

    By enrolling in a class or workshop, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the safety instructions and liability waiver.

    Cancellations made 4 or more days before the start of the class will be refunded. For cancellations made fewer than 4 full days, but more than 24 hours before the start time, a 50% refund or 50% credit toward another class or workshop will be issued. We cannot provide refunds or credits for cancellations or rescheduling requests made fewer than 24 hours before the start time of class, if you miss your class, or arrive too late to participate.
